GDPR

All personal data as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) will be processed in accordance with this regulation. This data will only be processed and stored for the proper execution of this Agreement between the Parties and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties for any other purpose.

Given that the CLIENT will come into contact with personal data during the performance of the Agreement and will process it on behalf of VetDiag, the Parties must conclude a data processing agreement according art. 28 General Data Protection Regulation with each other. To this end, the Parties shall simultaneously sign the agreement attached as Appendix 1, which shall serve as an integral part of the Agreement.

The data kept by VetDiag are the following: surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and eventually company number. More information on how VetDiag collects, uses and discloses personal data can be found in the privacy policy on the website.
